Now September comes, it means the time for students to go to school. I have witnessed the new students go to school for the first time for many years, I am very impressed by the situation that the parents do all the things for their kids. Chinese parents overprotect their children, they don’t realize that they hinder their kids to grow up.
当九月份来临的时候，这意味着是学生上学的时候。我已经目睹了很多新生第一次来校的情形，对于家长为他们的孩子做完一切的现象，我印象很深刻。中国的家长对他们的孩子过度保护，他们没有意识到自己阻碍了孩子的成长。
On the first day of the campus, we can see there are so many students going to school to register, often, their parents are behind them, they carry the luggage for their children, and the students’ hands are empty. It is a common situation, the parents have been used to doing all the things for their children, they haven’t realized that their kids have grown up, they can carry the luggage by themselves.
在大学校园的第一天，我们可以看到很多学生来到校园报道，经常，他们的家长在孩子后面，他们帮孩子拿行李，孩子手中却空空的。这是很正常的现象，家长习惯了为孩子做所有的事情，他们没有意识到孩子已经长大，可以自己拿行李。
When students go to campus, it means they are adults, they can make their own decision and take responsibility for themselves. While the parents get old, they should not do all the things for their children, they need to let the children go, let them be independent. If they do much, it will hinder the students to take care of themselves.
当学生读大学，这意味着他们是成年人，他们可以自己做决定，承担起责任。然而父母在变老，他们不应该为孩子做完所有事情，他们需要对孩子放手，让孩子变得独立。如果他们做太多，会阻碍孩子去照顾他们自己。
